Dear Graham Families,

We are making a small change to the lunch period times beginning on Monday. Each lunch period will shift a bit earlier or a little bit later. Please see the new schedule below:

Lunch Schedule – Revised for 2019 school year –

Grade Level Lunch Recess

5th Grade 11:25 – 11:45 11:45 – 12:00

4th Grade 11:50 – 12:10 12:10 – 12:25

3rd Grade 12:35 – 12 -55 12:55 – 1:10

2nd Grade 12:15 – 12:35 12:35 – 12:50

Kind/1st Grades 1:00 – 1:20 1:20 - 1:35

Students will continue to have the same amount of time to eat lunch and enjoy their recess. If you bring your child’s lunch to school or are taking your student out to lunch, please be mindful of the new times for each grade.

Second Semester Parent/teacher conferences are February 28 from 1:00-8:00 pm. Conferences are on an as-needed basis for selected students or new students to Graham since November. Classes are not in session for students on February 28 or March 1, 2019.

Last Chance to order the 2018-19 Yearbook!

It’s not too late! If your child would like to purchase a yearbook, please make out a check to Graham Elementary for $18.00. Order forms are due by March 4th.

ATTENTION PARENTS WITH INCOMING KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS



If you have a child who will be five (5) years old on or before September 1, 2019, he or she is eligible to enroll in kindergarten for the 2019-20 school year. We are pleased to offer ALL-DAY kindergarten for your child.*

Indian Prairie District 204 elementary schools are now in the process of pre-registration for incoming kindergarten students.

Reminders and Requests:

When calling in your child’s attendance or late arrival, please call the 24 hour absent line 630-428-6900, option 3.
Please remember to use the grade level shelf in the foyer when dropping off a forgotten item or bringing in lunch. Additionally please include your child’s name and classroom teacher on a sticky note, if the child’s name is not clearly visible on the item.
There are already items in the Lost and Found collection that are looking for ‘home’. If your child is missing an item, please feel free to come and look through the items.
