Dear Graham Families,
It’s been a great first few days back after Spring Break. We started off a bit sleepy, but we all got back into the groove very quickly.
ILLINOIS ASSESSMENT OF READINESS (IAR)
Next week students in Grades 3, 4, and 5 will be taking the Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR) assessment. Testing begins April 8th and will be completed the week of April 15th. The Parents of 3, 4, and 5 graders should have received an email explaining the assessment in detail and the schedule for each grade level.
GRAHAM SCHOOL VOLUNTEERS
The Volunteer Appreciation Tea will be April 12th at 2PM here at Graham School. We are looking forward to appreciating you.

ATTENTION PARENTS WITH INCOMING KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS
If you have a child who will be five (5) years old on or before September 1, 2019, he or she is eligible to enroll in kindergarten for the 2019-20 school year. We are pleased to offer ALL-DAY kindergarten for your child.*
Indian Prairie District 204 elementary schools are now in the process of pre-registration for incoming kindergarten students.
*Please contact your principal if you have questions about attending a half-day of kindergarten or criteria for early entrance through the Acceleration Act.
Please call (630-428-6900) or stop by the Graham School Office for further information.
Reminders and Requests:
When calling in your child’s attendance or late arrival, please call the 24 hour absent line 630-428-6900, option 3.
Please remember to use the grade level shelf in the foyer when dropping off a forgotten item or bringing in lunch. Additionally please include your child’s name and classroom teacher on a sticky note, if the child’s name is not clearly visible on the item.
There are already items in the Lost and Found collection that are looking for ‘home’. If your child is missing an item, please feel free to come and look through the items.
Have a safe, relaxing and enjoyable Spring Break!
