Graham LMC - Library News 3/17/20
I hope this Library News finds you and your family well. This is truly an unprecedented time. Our Graham students and teachers are already prepared for e-Learning, but I will miss seeing everyone’s face in the library and hearing what the popular book is at the moment.
I am working on renewing all student’s library accounts so all books, even those from long ago, will not be due until we return in April. Hopefully, this will be one less thing to worry about.
If you have a Chromebook, please keep it charged. When the Chromebook battery fully drains it may require a restart from tech services. Technology concerns may be directed to the Technology Support Center at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Just like the classroom teachers, I will be working remotely during this time. The library will not be assigning any work but will be a support for teachers and families. Helpful information and access to databases can be located on the Library Media Center tab, located on the Graham webpage.
Optional Activity: If your student wants to stay connected with the library in a fun, social way, they may join the Graham Library Google Classroom. This is not required but may be a way to stay connected. We will discuss what we are reading and other topics around books. Students may join the Google Classroom through the Student Single Sign-On (SSO) and use join code gic3zfw.
Can’t wait to have the library filled again.
Please know that you may communicate with me at email@example.com.
