PTA Newsletter - 5/17/21
Hello Graham Families! Only a few weeks left of school this year! We will be sending out information this week about end of the year teacher gifts so be on the lookout! Here is some additional information about upcoming events:
The weather is looking great for Field Day this Friday May 21st! Be sure to send a water bottle with your kids to take outside as it may be hot!
We are so excited and thankful to see the enthusiasm around volunteering for this event. Important information for volunteers will be shared this week via email. Look for that information from Michele Kapinus soon.
We have added more volunteer openings and there are at least a few openings in each grade slot. To volunteer for this exciting day please access the Sign Up Genius link: Field Day Sign Up.
Schedule of grade levels attending Field Day on May 21:
Please note that the Sign-Up Genius times are 15 minutes prior to the grade level’s official start time. We need to allow time for check-in and procedural reviews.

2nd & 3rd: 9:30 - 10:30
4th: 1:35 - 2:35

Thank you for your continued support of this celebratory end of the year event!
We will again be offering the opportunity for you to purchase your child’s school supplies through The Write Stuff. Through The Write Stuff, you can order everything your child will need from one place and have it directly shipped to the school and distributed to your child’s classroom by the start of school in the fall. Please use this link www.write-stuff.com/storefront/school/grahames to place your order by June 21.
New this year, you can purchase the entire grade level kit or remove items from the list if the item is not needed. We know there may be extra supplies from this year that can be used.
Fifth Grade Farewell
Parents of 5th Graders! You are invited to picnic with your child for one last memorable event at Graham on Friday, May 28th (rain date Tuesday, June 1).
Please plan to meet in the outdoor white tent by the playground at 11:30

commemorating gift from the Graham PTA. Students will then meet you for a socially distanced lunch in the grass or blacktop from 11:45-12:20.
Please note that masks are required.
If you would also like to assist with the afternoon games planned for students, we are looking for volunteers to run stations on Friday from 1:15-2:50. Please consider signing up here to help: 5th Grade Farewell Sign Up
