PTA Newsletter 9/20/21
Here is some information on upcoming activities and events at Graham:
Congratulations Falcons we hit our goal!!! We raised a grand total of $8,128. A big thank you to our chair Karen Masters for her tireless hard work to make this a successful fundraiser. Because of her, our generous sponsors (please see the end of the newsletter for a complete list), and all of you, we are able to continue to sponsor so many of the wonderful programs and activities that make Graham such a special place. We are happy to announce that because we have met our financial goal the students’ special surprise will be an additional assembly this fall. We will be having an outdoor assembly with the Chicago Bears mascot Staley on October 14th! Also, Mrs. Evan’s class won the snack cart with 100% participation - way to go 4E!
To wrap up the event, today we will be announcing the “DQ Blizzards for a Year” winner(s) from the guessing game we had at game day and we will also be announcing the winners for the final raffle for donations of $25+ and for our grand prizes!

Welcome to all those that signed up for Graham Elementary's Art Awareness program for 2021-2022. We are so excited that you are volunteering to help your child's class develop a greater appreciation of visual arts.
Our Kick-Off/ Orientation Meeting will be: Friday September 24 at 9:15 am via Zoom using the link below. I hope you can make it so you can learn more about the Art Awareness program— meet the other parents you will be coordinating schedules with— hear some veteran tips about the program— and get oriented to where all of our supplies are kept. If you are unable to attend, please let me know. I will send your folder home with your child by 9/24/21.
5V, 4G, and 3K are still in need of additional volunteers— If you know someone who may be interested, please encourage them to sign up!
