Here is some information on upcoming activities and events at Graham:
Boo Bag Fundraiser:
If you would like to purchase boo bags for Graham’s fall fundraiser please follow the link to place your order. Payment can be made by check or cash, dropped off to the office at school or by pay pal (paypal.me/grahampta).
Orders must be received by October 1st and will be picked up October 15th from 4:00-7:00 pm at High Meadow Field. The Little Red Donut Truck will also be there to grab some yummy apple cider donuts while you are there! If you cannot pick them up on that date, the bags will be sent home with your child on Monday.

IPPC Coat Drive:
The IPPC will be hosting its annual coat drive this month. We are in the middle of our coat drive, the collection bin is located in the front entry hallway at Graham, and donations will be taken until October 1st. We are collecting new or gently used, clean coats of all sizes (infant through adult plus size), in addition to other winter accessories (boots, hats, coats, scarves, snow pants, etc.). The winter items will be distributed to families in need within our district in early October. Please make sure zippers are in good working condition. We have attached a flyer with additional information.
Project Arrow PTA Meeting and Membership Information
Project Arrow PTA is open to all families with a student in the PA program. Membership contributions from families like yours allow us to 1) directly enrich the education of our children. This year, in addition to our popular 2) middle school and high school transition forums, we hope to 3) sponsor more teachers to attend the IAGC conference and award grants for PA classroom innovation and 4) provide additional funds for the IPPC high school senior scholarship program.
We encourage you and anyone who values the Project Arrow program to join the IPPA PTA so that we can support the great work of the students and educators of our district. If you have a question or comment, please email our Graham PA PTA liaison Karen Masters at firstname.lastname@example.org

Project Arrow is happy to announce their first meeting for Tuesday, October 5th at 6:30pm via Zoom! Zoom Link shared in emailed newsletter.
October is for artists!
Celebrate the arts and express yourself with one, or both of these programs.
The National PTA Reflections wants to know how you will change the world! The theme this year is “I will change the world by…” Students can submit completed works of art in the following categories: Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography, Visual Arts.

Also this year as a special incentive all participants will receive a coupon for TCBY. In addition, all participants that advance to district level will receive a waived studio fee at Color Me Mine next time they go in and National PTA will give each student advancing to district level a Color Me Mine gift card.
Entries due October 20th.
Young Rembrandts is back and live- in person. Classes begin Thursday, October 7th and run through December 16th. . Classes are on Thursdays after school until 4:35 p.m. To learn more see here
***We did want to recognize a private donation that came through last week just after the Falcon Fundraiser. Although we can’t share their names publicly we wanted to express our appreciation for their generosity as just over $2000 was donated to the Graham PTA. We appreciate the support and can’t wait to apply this directly to this year’s PTA events.***
